The person who can move and travel any where, why should he/she suffer the difficulties/ shortcomings of his own country's affection (स्वदेशानुराग) . Only fools with little knowledge consume the salty water on the pretext that it is from my parental well.
Unfortunately the wisdom of great sagas of India is completely lost even in their own land of the principle that the whole world is only one family.(वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम). How many lives and resources are lost in foolish wars in the name of the honor of nations, religion, caste, color, language, philosophy, way of governance or even regions?  When will the human being will mature to disown all these artificial barriers and belong to only one community i.e. the community of human beingsय़  I have written more than fifty years back that
        नक्शे की रेखाएं बाटें इन्सानों  को, मानवता  को मुख पर एक तमाचा है।

I invite all the persons of wisdom to disown from today these shackles of nations, color, community, language, religion, region etc. and proclaim with pride that I belong to only one community, the community of human being, nothing less or nothing more.

  3. I am with you Dad on the first part of the blog, not so much the latter. As a wise man once said, only the dead have seen the end of war. Where knowledge is limited, and the desire to learn the complex reality doesn’t exist, public opinion can be shaped by whoever generates the most powerful symbols.
Secondly, nature did not create all men equal, and I extrapolate it to come to the obvious conclusion that has been empirically true, that not all civilizations/cultures are equal. From this basic inequity which is deeply rooted in the fabric of life, I think the natural state of order in the world is conflict and not peace.
Cheers and jaldi jaldi US aa jao

  4. I never say that nature has created us all equal. chaos is must for life. If entropy is zero life cease to exist. I only emphasize that there should not be any discretion/differentiation between human beings based on their caste, color, religion, nation, language or any other such identification. Every human being on this lovely planet, we call earth, must be given equal opportunity to prove his capabilities and worth. He must have a freedom to travel, live, work, study. or any activity not detrimental to other human beings.
There should not be any discrimination just because of origin etc of that human being.

  5. We are on the same page then papu :) As long as the equality is of opportunity (input metric), and not achievements/wealth/knowledge (outcome metrics). Keep blogging dad. I think the time is coming for you to write some fiction, maybe even an autobiography of sorts capturing your key learnings from life that we can get inspired and learn from.
